What are reps and sets, we'll talk you throguh it. There’s no reps (how many times you perform each move before taking a break) or sets (how many groups of reps you do). Just stick to what feels comfortable. If you absolutely have to have guidance, then three sets of 8-10 reps is a good place to start. Give yourself at least 60 seconds between sets, although there’s nothing wrong with extending that as needed.
